The Medicines and Medical Devices Bill was brought to Parliament on 13 February 2020. It provides the delegated power to amend or supplement the law relating to medicines and medical devices. If passed into law, the government plans to use these powers to develop new or amended regulations that improve the speed of access to new and innovative medicines post-Brexit.
